This south Indianapolis company is seeking a hardworking and reliable 1st Shift Yard Laborer/Driver to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in an outdoor environment and contribute to various tasks that keep the operations running smoothly.
1st Shift Yard Laborer/Driver's Pay & Benefits:
- $21/hr
- This is an evaluation to hire opportunity - the company is looking for someone to hire on long term

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM, some overtime may be required
Yard Laborer's Duties:
- Drive a company truck with a trailer to pick up/drop off boats from waterways (lakes and rivers).
- Load/unload boats from semi-trailers
- Clean boats in the servicing department
- Set up the showroom floor
- Other tasks as needed, indoor and outdoor
Yard Laborer's Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Capability to drive a vehicle with a trailer
- Sit-down forklift experience is required, tractor experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Will be working on your feet for most of your shift so must be okay with the physicality of the position
