Job Summary/Company Information:
- Looking for a position with a great working environment?
- Do you love working with your hands and have previous wood shop experience? Or maybe you are a DIY or crafter that enjoys using hand and power tools?
- Express Indy South is working with a manufacture of wall beds and closet systems with current openings!
- Position will require work with power tools such as orbital hand sanders, wood fillers, drill press, impacts and jitterbug hand sander.
- This role will also be measuring, assembling, and packaging heavy materials.
Pay/Benefits:
- $17/hour
- Paid holidays + 1 week paid vacation
- Monthly insurance allowance
Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday w/ some possible OT during weekdays.
Requirements:
- 1+ year working in manufacturing environment or wood shop experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Experience with wood, cabinet or furniture production is ideal!
