QUALITY- FLOOR INSPECTORS
Indianapolis company seeking multiple quality inspectors!
We make cool stuff—and we make it well. Our production line busy, and we need sharp-eyed, dependable team players to keep that product on point. If you're detail-oriented, love working with your hands, and take pride in being someone others can count on, this role was made for you.
This company has been in business for over 50 years and is looking for experienced individuals who want to be a part of their crew!
Pay/Benefits:
- $22+/hour
- Benefits are available once hired-on: includes medical, dental, HSA, 401K and more.
Schedule: Monday-Friday hours. Set your own day shift hours as long as they are consistent and meet the minimum number required. OT is typically always offered but not required.

Job Duties:
- Perform in-process and final inspection on machined components
- Ensure all products comply with engineering specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Work with production operators and quality teams closely to find defects and support continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor
- Collaborate with production teams to uphold process consistency
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous quality inspection work is required
- Reliability- we mean showing up and being a part of the team
- Basic math, reading comprehension, and comfort working with simple tools
- Willingness to learn and grow with on-the-job training
- Must be willing to speak up when something doesn’t look right
