Job Full Description
Job Summary/Company Information:
- Quality Control Technician needed for a Beech Grove Manufacturer!
- This position is responsible for supporting quality management processes to ensure manufactured products consistently meet established quality standards.
- The role works in close coordination with leadership to ensure compliance with company quality objectives.
- Support the maintenance and implementation of quality control programs to ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards
- Perform daily checks to ensure proper equipment function before production
- Inspect bulk materials and verify that they meet color and product specifications
- Conduct routine checks on products during production to ensure conformity to quality standards
- Address any product non-conformances, assist with root cause analysis, and report findings
- Approve or reject materials and finished products based on quality evaluations
- Maintain safety data sheets (SDS) and assist with controlled document management
- Serve as backup support to microbiology and other departments as needed
Pay/Benefits:
- $20.67 - $22.59/hr, depending on experience

Schedule:
- 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of basic quality control processes
- Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred, ideally experience in GMP
- Ability to inspect products, components, and equipment for quality standards
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for non-conforming products
- Excellent communication skills for documenting and reporting issues
