POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
We’re seeking a hands-on, reliable Pool Service Technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for servicing high-end residential pools throughout the south side of Indianapolis. Each morning begins at our store, where you’ll gather your supplies before heading out for the day’s assignments.
The ideal candidate that will work out well in this position is self-sufficient, trustworthy and has worked in a similar field before. This company prides themselves on the service they provide their customers and requires their staff to be friendly and knowledgeable!
Pay/Benefits:
- $20-22/hour
- Benefits available upon completion of evaluation period.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Saturdays, 8am-12pm varies.

Job Duties:
- Open and close pools for seasonal use
- Test and balance pool chemicals
- Perform new pool start-ups & perform maintenance on existing pools
- Cut and install PVC piping
- Wire standard pool motors to residential systems
- Assist with underground pool installations
- Could work in hot, rainy or colder conditions. Flexibility is key in this position as you may be expected to flex hours due to weather.
Requirements:
- Should have some mechanical, electrical or plumbing experience.
- Experience as an apprentice or troubleshooting a plus!
- Must be okay driving around the city and going around on your own
- Strong communication skills with teammates and homeowners.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be respectful on residential properties
