POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
We’re seeking a hands-on, reliable Pool Assistant to join our team. You’ll be responsible for servicing high-end residential pools throughout the south side of Indianapolis.
As a Pool Service Assistant, you’ll support technicians in servicing high-end pools across the south side of Indianapolis. Each morning, you’ll report to the Greenwood store to gather supplies and ride with a technician to various job sites. You’ll be the technician’s primary helper throughout the day.
Pay/Benefits:
- $18-19/hour
- Benefits available upon completion of evaluation period.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Saturdays, 8am-12pm varies.

Job Duties:
- Open and close pools for seasonal use
- Assist technicians with pool maintenance and service tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism on residential properties
- Could work in hot, rainy or colder conditions. Flexibility is key in this position as you may be expected to flex hours due to weather.
Requirements:
- Must be okay driving around the city
- Strong communication skills with teammates and homeowners.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be respectful on residential properties
- Must be flexible with schedule changes due to weather
