Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Office Manager to handle internal bookkeeping, office operations, communication with the Board of Directors, and human resources tasks like managing employee benefits. This full-time, salaried role offers a competitive salary between $50,000 and $60,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable in the member database and QuickBooks Online.
- Work with the CPA to close monthly financial records accurately and on time.
- Handle invoicing and collections for events.
- Manage HR functions, including payroll, healthcare, and employee benefits.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies and maintain an organized office environment.
- Coordinate office repairs and interact with contractors as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
