Job Title: Extrusion Machine Operator (Evaluation to Hire)
Pay: Starting at $29.58/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 2-2-3 Night Rotation 12 Hour Schedule
Type: Full-Time, Evaluation to Hire

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate extrusion equipment to ensure product quality

Monitor and adjust machines for correct wire size, insulation, and print

Manage materials efficiently and minimize waste

Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas

Communicate with supervisors and team members on production status
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
-
3+ years manufacturing experience

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Basic math and computer skills

Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attendance and commitment to safety
