Remote Level 2 Customer Service Representative – Medicaid Support
Pay: $19/hour (Non-Exempt)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CT
Location: 100% Remote (No Travel Required, Must Reside in Indiana)

We’re hiring a Level 2 Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support Medicaid members over the phone. This is a high-volume, fast-paced call center role where you'll assist with everything from benefits questions and ID cards to provider updates and care referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from Medicaid members

  • Assist with ID card requests, benefits questions, provider changes, and reward redemption

  • Educate members on plan options, services, and Medicaid guidelines

  • Submit and follow up on referrals for services like pregnancy or transportation

  • Escalate unresolved issues and document all interactions in multiple systems

  • Maintain strong service quality and meet individual productivity goals

  • Remain calm and professional in high-pressure or conflict situations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (required)

  • 2+ year of consecutive customer service experience (preferably in healthcare, insurance, or Medicaid)

  • Ability to type 45+ WPM and work across multiple systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Artiva is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong multitasking, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills


Remote Work Requirements

Work Environment

  • Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise (TV, conversations, etc.)

  • A semi-private area is required to protect sensitive information

  • Childcare must be arranged—this role cannot be performed while supervising children

  • Must reside in Indiana

Internet & Equipment

  • Reliable high-speed internet required:
    Minimum 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload

  • Must be hardwired via Ethernet (Wi-Fi not allowed)

  • Internet is employee-paid; no reimbursement provided

  • Company provides all required equipment (desktop, monitors, headset)—for employee use only
