Job Title: Factory Assistant – Part-Time

Pay: $18/hour

Hours: 20–24 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (schedule flexibility possible)

 

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and handy Factory Assistant to support the maintenance team of a local manufacturing facility. This is a part-time position that offers a variety of tasks to help keep our operations running smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general maintenance and facility support tasks

• Help clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is in proper working order

• Support the team with hands-on projects as needed

• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations

Qualifications:

• Comfortable using hand tools and performing light maintenance tasks

• Ability to follow directions and work safely in a factory environment

• Reliable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry moderate weight as needed

• Ability to stand and move around the facility during your shift
