Temporary Office Coordinator
Pay: $17–18/hour
Location: Lafayette, IN
Schedule: Full time | Temporary role expected to last 6+ weeks | Starts ASAP

 

About the Role:
A local company that installs and sells home security systems is looking for a temporary Office Coordinator to support daily operations. This position is needed immediately, so candidates who can start right away are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing and invoices using QuickBooks

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers

  • Schedule service appointments and installations

  • Handle ordering and basic inventory tasks

  • Provide general administrative support

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

  • Experience with QuickBooks

  • Solid communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced office
