NOW HIRING – Press Brake Set Up Operator
We are looking to hire a Press Brake Set Up Operator in the Markle, IN area. Pay is $16-$18/hr with 1st Shift & 2nd Shift available.
Responsibilities:

Operate and set up all department equipment and consistently meet or exceed production standards

Perform equipment set ups using knowledge of tooling, machine capabilities, and adjustments
-
Assist engineering and management in troubleshooting production and quality processes
-
Use and maintain personal hand tools for machine operation, set up, and adjustments
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area while following all safety rules
-
Follow quality system requirements, error prevention, waste reduction, and SPC systems
Skills:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and arithmetic
-
Manufacturing and machine set up experience preferred
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
