What You’ll Do
• Review daily reports to determine appropriate staffing levels
• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily production goals
• Promote and support all facility safety programs
• Maintain positive employee relations and accurate documentation
• Conduct employee counseling, performance reviews, and evaluations
• Lead weekly and monthly staffing meetings
• Coach associates using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a large distribution center
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of distribution/warehouse operations
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
• WMS experience preferred
