What You’ll Do
• Load and unload furnaces and production equipment
• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
• Perform assembly of components according to work instructions
• Conduct quality checks and record results
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Support overall production flow throughout the shift
What You Bring
• Prior foundry, machine operation, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work a rotating night schedule
