Job Full Description
Maintenance Support Technician
Assist Maintenance Technicians in the accomplishment of maintenance tasks.
Perform regular preventive maintenance of facility and/or equipment as directed.
Perform light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, painting, shredding, etc. as directed.
Operate the box making equipment, as needed.
Build crates, as needed.
Maintain and operate power tools.
Perform housekeeping duties to maintain an orderly facility including, but not limited to, the maintenance department and surrounding areas.
Perform facility groundskeeping (mowing/weed eating/Trash).
Monitor fire extinguishers for use.
Serve as back-up to the general custodial position.
Must have documented experience in maintenance.
Requires HS Diploma or equivalent, drug screening and background screening.
