Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join our team. This is a brand-new operation, and during the startup phase, employees will spend a significant amount of time cleaning, organizing, and preparing the facility before full production begins. As operations ramp up, associates will transition into regular production duties.
Responsibilities
- Clean and organize production and work areas.
- Assist with facility setup and preparation.
- Operate equipment and machinery as directed.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
- Support production activities as operations expand.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
