Position Title: Litter Picker (Temporary)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to fill a temporary Litter Picker position. The Litter Picker will ride along with a trash collection crew and assist with keeping routes clean by picking up litter and debris around collection areas. This is a physically active outdoor position that requires working in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Ride along on a trash collection truck throughout assigned routes.
- Pick up litter, debris, and loose trash surrounding collection areas.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and the community.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work effectively with the trash collection crew to complete daily routes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, lift, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous labor or sanitation experience is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions.
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Temporary assignment
