Secret Shopper

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Secret Shopper to evaluate customer service, store presentation, and overall customer experiences at various retail and service locations. As a Secret Shopper, you will visit assigned businesses, interact with employees as a typical customer, and provide accurate feedback through detailed reports.

This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

Essential Responsibilities

• Visit assigned locations and evaluate customer service, employee interactions, and overall customer experience
• Observe store cleanliness, organization, and product availability
• Follow specific assignment guidelines and evaluation criteria
• Complete detailed reports accurately and submit them in a timely manner
• Collect and submit receipts, photos, or other required documentation
• Maintain confidentiality regarding assignments and evaluation processes
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and project coordinators

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to participate in compliance of age-restricted products. 
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
• Ability to complete reports accurately and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or mystery shopping
• Experience completing audits, inspections, or evaluation reports

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during store visits
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer to complete reports
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds if required
