General Overview of Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, evidence-based patient care following hospital protocols
- Perform assessments, implement care plans, and document in EMR
- Administer medications and monitor patient status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Respond confidently to changing patient conditions
- Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Minimum requirements:
Active RN license (compact or state-specific)
- 6+ months of recent RN experience related to the specialty and position applied for (within the last 3 years)
- 12 months required for Acute Care roles
- Current BLS/CPR (hands-on)
- TB test (within the last 12 months)
- (2) professional clinical references (supervisor-level)
- Pass Express Specialty competency exams (80% or higher)
- Background check required
