**Credential Requirements:**
- Active Medical Assistant Certification/License
- BLS/CPR Certification (Must include both cognitive and hands-on components; certifications that are cognitive or online only will not be accepted)
- Current Negative TB Test
- Updated Resume
- Two Clinical Supervisor References
