Our client in Coralville, IA is looking for a Brand Ambassador / Event Representative!
Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a reliable and professional Brand Ambassador / Event Representative for a one-day community event in Coralville, IA. The representative will set up a small event station, play a provided music playlist, maintain a professional and respectful presence, and pack up equipment at the end of the shift.
No prior event or DJ experience is required! Candidates must have reliable transportation, access to a smartphone, and the ability to transport and set up basic event equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Transport, set up, and take down a folding table, tablecloth, and Bluetooth speaker.
- Play a provided radio-friendly music playlist using your own smartphone.
- Maintain an appropriate volume and a respectful, nonpartisan presence throughout the event.
- Arrive on time and remain at the assigned location for the duration of the shift.
- Follow all site-specific instructions and applicable facility restrictions.
- Keep the event area clean, organized, and professional.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to and from the Coralville location.
- Ability to transport and set up a folding table and small event equipment.
- Access to a smartphone to play the provided playlist.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a respectful, nonpartisan presence.
- No previous event staffing or DJ experience required!
