Our client in Des Moines, IA and surrounding areas is looking for Commercial Cleaning Technicians!
Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to maintain offices, lobbies, restrooms, and other commercial facilities. This role ensures a clean, safe, and professional environment for employees and clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling; maintain proper waste disposal
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and sanitizer
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of recent commercial cleaning experience (within the last 3–5 years)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Must have lived in the U.S. for 7+ years (background check requirement)

SHIFTS VARY
Pay:
• $12.50 – $15.00/hour depending on shift and location
