Inventory Scanner – Auto Parts Warehouse
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Scanners to join our team in a fast-paced auto parts warehouse. In this role, you will scan, count, and track automotive parts inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.
Positions & Dates:
• 7 openings – 9/25 - 7a -12p/1p – Knoxville, IA
• 5 openings – 10/15 – 7a -12p1p - Des Moines, IA
• 12 openings – 10/21 – 7a-12p/1p - Newton, IA
• 16 openings – 10/22 – 7a - 12p/1p - Chariton, IA
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Scan and verify automotive parts using handheld scanners or mobile devices.
• Count inventory items and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Report discrepancies, damaged, or missing parts to supervisors.
• Assist with organizing warehouse stock and keeping work areas clean.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet scanning goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts preferred.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners, tablets, or mobile devices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must provide your own transportation
