Job Full Description
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Harness Wiring Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling electronic components and sub-assemblies according to specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components, parts, and sub-assemblies using hand tools and/or small power tools
- Follow work orders, schematics, blueprints, or assembly instructions accurately
- Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and functionality
- Perform basic testing or troubleshooting of assembled components as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Report issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (electronics experience a plus)
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, and use hands throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25–35 lbs as needed
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production floor
- May require use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)
- Climate-controlled environment
Shift(s)
1st - Monday - Friday 730a-4p (8hrs)
2nd - Monday - Thursday 4p-2a (10hrs)
Pay $18.00/hr
