Job Full Description
The General Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily production operations, including building and assembling wire harnesses to meet quality and production standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble wire harnesses according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Cut, measure, strip, route, and assemble wires and cable components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and production specifications.
- Support production in various areas as needed to maintain workflow.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including packaging products and materials.
- Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and proper assembly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
