Assembly Technician
Location: Peosta, IA
Pay: $19-$20/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift (5 AM-3:30 PM) Monday-Thursday, 3rd Shift (6:00 PM–4:30 AM) Monday-Thursday
Type: Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local manufacturing company in Peosta to hire full-time Assemblers. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable, growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products following specifications and instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other equipment
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow written and verbal directions accurately
Qualifications:
- Ability to work 3rd shift consistently
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of tools and measurements preferred
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
