Carrie Cannon joined the Express Employment Professionals team in January 2017. Carrie leads our Industrial team with compassion and determination. Between her certification in Employment Law, 20+ years of experience in the staffing industry, and her strong customer service skills, she is invaluable to her clients and associates. Carrie has a passion and a heart to help people succeed. It gives her great satisfaction to know she has played a role in making a difference for both the company's and the employee's future.

Cassie Gibson

Executive Recruiter

Cassie Gibson joined the Specialized Recruiting Group in March 2021 as an Executive Recruiter specializing in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Construction, Production, and Maintenance. Prior to working for SRG, Cassie worked in customer service roles for over ten years which she uses to benefit her clients and candidates. Cassie has a Master of Communication Management degree from the University of Dubuque.

Senior Industrial Employment Specialist

Ashley Patrum joined Express Employment Professionals in June of 2010, right after earning her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Finance from Loras College. Her years of dedication to her occupation have given her extensive knowledge of both recruiting and the industrial needs of the Dubuque community. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling, running, spending time with her family, and loving her two kitties.

Morgan Schaul

Front Office Coordinator

Morgan Schaul joined our Express team in September 2025 as our Front Office Coordinator. She recently graduated from the University of Dubuque with a degree in Human Resources and Business Administration, along with a minor in Marketing.

She is the youngest (and favorite) child of our Express owner Mike Schaul. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, organizing every square inch of her home, spoiling her nieces and nephews, reading, and wrangling her two kitties Teddy and Bear. She is a great addition to our team.

Tyler Schaul

Business Development Manager

Tyler started his journey with Express Employment in May of 2022. Prior to working at Express, Tyler worked for COUNTRY Financials' corporate office for 4 years. Tyler graduated with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Iowa State University and has a Master's degree in Sports Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys watching sports, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.

Business & Operations Manager

Rachel started with Express Employment Professionals as an intern in May 2013. She has served our team in various capacities and is currently our Business and Operations Manager. She is our go-to gal and her organizational skills are second to none. Rachel graduated from St. Ambrose University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Outside of work, you will most likely find Rachel chasing around her two boys or settled down with a good book.

Molly joined Express Employment Professionals in August 2017. Molly is the leader of our administrative team and is passionate about continuing education for internal staff. Molly received her Bachelor's degree in History from Missouri State University. Her overall goal is to make sure each person she talks to has the right tools, coaching, and resources to be successful in whatever they are doing. Molly has been recognized as a top Administrative Recruiter out of over 800 Express offices worldwide.

Talent & Marketing Coordinator

Lauren joined the Express Employment Professionals team in September 2020, starting as a college intern. She now serves as our Marketing Specialist and also assists our office services team where she works with candidates to place them in administrative roles. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Business from Loras College. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading a good book, walking her two dogs, and spending time with family and friends!
