Matt Timmerman

Owner

With an impressive career spanning over two decades in the staffing industry, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to his role as co-owner of Express Employment Professionals. Together with his business partner, Mike Schaul, Matt has established a strong presence by owning offices in key locations, including Dubuque, Fitchburg, Davenport, Moline, Waterloo, Platteville, and West Des Moines. Tyler Schaul

Business Development Manager/Owner

Tyler started his journey with Express Employment in May of 2022. Prior to working at Express, Tyler worked for COUNTRY Financials' corporate office for 4 years. Tyler graduated with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Iowa State University and has a Master's degree in Sports Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys watching sports, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
