Dubuque, IA | $40,000/year base + commissions & benefits
Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | Travel within a 50+ mile radius
Are you driven to succeed and ready to build a rewarding sales career? We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to join a local company's team in Dubuque! What You’ll Do:
- Conduct sales through appointments, proposals, cold calls, emails, and networking
- Work leads generated by our inside sales team
- Manage your schedule with self-motivation and discipline
- Understand customer needs and offer effective solutions
- Travel throughout your assigned territory (50+ mile radius)
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong drive to succeed and professional discipline
- Excellent communication and time management
- Ability to work under pressure and follow training
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license
