Job Full Description
We’re assisting a local fabrication shop in hiring a Press Brake Operator/Setup Specialist for 1st shift.
Pay: Based on experience (Direct Hire)
Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift: 5:00 am–1:20 pm | Overtime: 1:20–3:20 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and/or set up press brake machines for production runs
- Interpret blueprints and job specifications to ensure accuracy
- Inspect completed parts for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Press brake operation experience required; setup experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and quality focus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fabrication/production environment
