Job Full Description

A local hotel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong customer service skills, and is comfortable handling both administrative and guest-facing responsibilities.

Schedule: 2nd and 3rd Shift, 2 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily financial transactions and generate audit reports.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety.
• Prepare daily summaries and reports for management.
• Assist with reservations and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, accounting, or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
