Job Full Description
We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Dubuque. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, climate-controlled environment with steady hours and a supportive team.
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:15 PM | Friday, 5:15 AM – 9:15 AM
What You’ll Do
- Assemble LED lights, industrial fans, and safety barriers according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete product builds
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
