Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking friendly and dependable Front Desk Associates for a well-known hotel in the Dubuque area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and providing top-notch guest service.
We have several shifts available, including:
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Part-time option within those hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Handle reservations, payments, and guest requests accurately
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff
- Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable using computers and learning hotel management systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as needed
