Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local company to seek motivated candidates for a Lead Generator position within their inside sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people over the phone and contributing to a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in a product or service.
- Follow a short, structured script to qualify leads.
- Transfer interested callers to a sales representative for follow-up.
- Maintain productivity expectations, averaging 50–90 calls per day.
- Ensure accurate documentation of each interaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Ability to follow scripts and procedures effectively.
- Dependable, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Schedule & Duration:
- Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
- Temporary position with the potential to be hired on permanently based on performance.
