Warehouse Maintenance Technician
Location: Dubuque Area
Pay: $20–$26/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Occasional overtime as needed
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Technician for a local operation. This role requires a well-rounded, hands-on maintenance professional with experience supporting warehouse or facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform facility and warehouse maintenance, including both small repairs and larger projects
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as conveyor systems, snow blowers, and related machinery
- Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized or outsourced repairs
- Assist with preventative maintenance to keep operations running efficiently
- Occasionally travel to nearby locations to support maintenance needs
- Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in facilities or warehouse maintenance required
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable coordinating repairs with outside vendors
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety focused
