Office & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Dubuque, IA
Pay: $18–$22+/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local company in hiring an Office & Marketing Coordinator. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a small but growing office environment.
This position is not strictly marketing or strictly administrative—it’s a blend of both. The right person will be comfortable handling daily office tasks while also supporting marketing efforts for real estate listings and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support marketing efforts for real estate listings and development projects
- Create and update marketing materials, listings, and online content
- Assist with basic website updates, email campaigns, and social media as needed
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Answer phones, assist clients or vendors, and handle routine office communication
- Help organize projects, timelines, and internal processes
- Jump in where needed to support day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior administrative experience with some exposure to marketing or communications
- Comfortable multitasking and switching between projects throughout the day
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; marketing tools a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a small business environment
