Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist for a well-established and growing company in the Cascade area. This position supports accounting functions for both manufacturing and retail operations and offers the opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented environment.
This role is open to evaluation-to-hire or direct-hire, depending on candidate fit and business needs.
Full-Time | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Generate and distribute customer invoices, including sales tax calculations
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Assist with month-end and general accounting activities
- Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting issues and improve processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting
- Associate degree in Accounting preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
