We are currently hiring a Flooring Sales Associate for a well-established flooring business serving primarily residential customers, along with some commercial projects.

Ideal Candidate
- Previous flooring sales experience preferred
- Industry experience within flooring is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working both in-store retail and visiting job sites
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Key Responsibilities
- Retail sales on the showroom floor
- Assisting customers in selecting flooring products
- Measuring job sites and preparing estimates
- Managing projects from sale through completion
- Coordinating with team members and installers
Some weekends are required.
