Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Full-Time Field & Landscaping Team Member to work on-site with a company in Dubuque, IA. This role offers year-round work with a mix of seasonal responsibilities.
Typically 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some overtime as needed)
Evaluation-to-Hire Opportunity
Winter Responsibilities (as applicable):
- Snow plowing
- Assisting with winter site operations
- Hours may vary depending on weather and workload
Summer Responsibilities:
- Landscaping projects
- Concrete curbing
- General field and site work
- Assisting crew members with daily tasks

- Reliable and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Prior landscaping, construction, or field experience preferred
