Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals – Dubuque is hiring a dependable Night Security Officer for a local hotel. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment during overnight hours.
SCHEDULE
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Friday & Saturday: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Sunday & Monday: Off
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor hotel property and perform routine security checks
- Assist guests and report any issues or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel interior and exterior (trash pickup, furniture reset, general upkeep)
- Re-organize chairs and tables as needed
- Assist with housekeeping operations including delivering carts, stocking carts, folding towels, and making roll-aways
- Support laundry tasks: check pool towels, empty cardboard, load/unload washers and dryers, and sort linens
QUALIFICATIONS
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Previous security or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
