Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a 1st Shift Blaster for a Dubuque manufacturing company. This role supports production by preparing parts for coating using automated blasting equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Load bins of parts into the blasting machine hopper
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation
- Keep parts organized and separated by job to avoid mix-ups
- Follow job specifications and production guidelines carefully
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate a forklift to move materials as needed
Qualifications:
- Forklift experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple jobs
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
