Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented 1st Shift Boxer to support a manufacturing team in Dubuque. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are handled, inspected, and packaged according to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unbox incoming parts and prepare them for processing
- Package finished parts according to customer requirements
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Keep materials organized throughout the production process
- Operate a forklift to move parts and materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
Qualifications:
- Forklift experience required
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow packaging instructions and specifications
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
