Part-Time Leave of Absence (LOA) Specialist
Pay: $25-$30/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible daytime hours Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Hours: Approximately 5-15 hours per week (temporary assignment)
Express Employment Professionals is seeking candidates for a Dubuque company looking for a temporary part-time Leave of Absence (LOA) Specialist to support their HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Leave of Absence administration, including FMLA processes and documentation
- Support ongoing LOA projects and help maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, documentation, and standardization
- Partner with HR team members on operational needs and transition projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing Leave of Absences, FMLA, or HR-related processes required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
