Job Full Description
We're hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join a manufacturing team in Dyersville, IA. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity!
What You'll Do:
- Assemble wood walls and trusses using blueprints and measurements
- Measure, cut, and position lumber accurately
- Operate hand tools and other equipment safely
- Bend, lift, and move lumber throughout the production process
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
- Basic measuring skills and attention to detail
- Experience with hand tools is preferred but not required
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:45 AM–4:15 PM (Frequent overtime on Fridays)
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:45 PM–5:15 AM (Sunday nights required for overtime)
