Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Construction Laborer / Decorative Concrete Worker for a local company in the Dubuque area. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in producing high-quality finished projects.
Job Duties:
- Assist with decorative concrete and light construction projects
- Perform general labor tasks on residential and commercial job sites
- Help prepare, pour, and finish concrete
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with various projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to perform physical work and lift materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- No experience required
- Candidates with previous construction experience may qualify for higher starting pay
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:30 AM to 3:30/4:00 PM
- Approximately 40 hours per week, depending on project workload
- Overtime may be available
- Weekend work is not required but may be available for those interested in additional hours
Pay:
- Starting at $20.00/hr
- Higher pay available based on experience
