🔧 Job Highlights

Learn our fiberglass processes through on-the-job training (we’ll teach you our magic!) ✨

Lay up, chop, roll, form, and assemble fiberglass parts with precision using hand and power tools (think saws, drills, routers, choppers, and gel coat guns) 🔩

Prepare fiberglass molds and bond together parts—yes, including those iconic carousel horses and roller coaster cars🐴

Jump in to help form and trim plastics or assist in other areas of production when needed

Work with a team of skilled craftspeople to meet production goals and deadlines while keeping safety and quality top of mind 🛠️

Travel opportunities may be available!
🎯 What We’re Looking For

Previous hands-on production, manufacturing, or construction experience 🏗️

Comfortable and confident using hand and power tools

Trainable, dependable, and ready to learn the ropes (or in our case, the molds)

Ability to follow verbal instructions and work both independently and as part of a team 🤝

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a warm environment, and pass respirator fit testing 💪😷

Willing to work 1st shift with overtime as needed ⏰

No known allergies to fiberglass materials or resin 🚫
