📣 Recruiter (Staffing & Talent Acquisition)
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about matching top talent with great opportunities.
🔑 Essential Job Functions
- Continue to foster and maintain current business relationships 🤝
- Assist in building new business development opportunities 📈
- Source and recruit top talent using various platforms and strategies 🔍
- Conduct candidate interviews (in-person, phone, and virtual) 🎤
- Manage and support associates throughout their assignments
- Quickly fill job orders with urgency while maintaining quality ⏱️
- Complete employment verifications, background checks, and additional HR duties as needed 📋
- Perform inside sales activities to support client growth and retention 📞
📋 Job Requirements
- Availability to work 40+ hours per week
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 💬
- MUST be team-oriented and collaborative 👥
- Strong data entry and computer skills 💻
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ⚡
- Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required 🌎
