IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR AN Experienced HVAC TECHNICIAN - Ascension Parish, LA
PAY: $20+/hr DOE
We are searching for an experienced, HVAC Technician in the Ascension parish area for a long term opportunity with a well-established and growing company.
General Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, upgrade. troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Monitor HVAC systems and operations
- Ensure that routine preventive maintenance is performed according to established schedules and standard.
- Check, repair and/or replace valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes and other functional components of the system
What We are Looking For in an HVAC Technician
- 2-5 years of work experience
- EPA Certification required
- Ability to present self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential
- Ability to communicate with clients with professionalism and respect
- Ability to follow clear directions
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
- Pays attention to detail
- Drug free
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must meet background requirements
