With 15 years of dedicated experience at Express Employment Professionals, Joshua Huguet has recently realized a long-time dream by becoming the proud owner of the Gonzales branch—his first office. This exciting new chapter in his career is the result of years of hard work, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to his clients, candidates, and team.

Before joining Express, Joshua was a high school coach, coaching football, baseball, and basketball teams to many wins and beyond, where he learned invaluable lessons in teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. These same qualities have been the cornerstone of his successful career in the employment services industry. His transition to Express was driven by a desire to bring his skills to a new field, where he could find success while helping others, and over the years, he has become a trusted leader in connecting businesses with top talent and providing career opportunities to individuals.

He’s committed to fostering a positive, results-driven environment where his team can thrive and reach their fullest potential. As a leader, his goal is to guide his new team to "all-star" status and continue to make a meaningful impact on the Ascension area and beyond.

Outside of the office, he dedicates all of his free time to his family, appreciating the value of a supportive, tight-knit home.
