Grant Brignac joined our team as our Office Services Employment Specialist! With Grant on board, we’re strengthening our Office Services department to better support our clients and provide even more personalized staffing solutions. Grant’s background in HR, training, operations, and client service uniquely equips him to connect quality candidates with the right office service opportunities. We are confident he will be a tremendous resource for our clients and job seekers alike.
Grant earned his Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Louisiana State University, where he built a strong foundation in HR management, business strategy, marketing, and information systems. His educational background, combined with his hands-on leadership experience, makes him a great addition to our growing team.
Most recently, Grant has served as a Training Team Leader, where he trained and mentored new hires, and led onboarding initiatives. His leadership skills and focus on service excellence align perfectly with our commitment to both our clients and candidates.
Grant also brings administrative and operational experience from his time as an Executive Assistant, where he managed office communications, supported agents, and maintained accurate MLS listings. Earlier in his career at Louisiana State University, he developed strong organizational and customer service skills while assisting students and faculty as a Student Librarian.
