Her extensive training and certifications—ranging from Leadership Ascension in 2017 to the Express Leadership Academy for Managers in 2023, along with EU certifications in Business Management, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales—reflect her dedication to personal and professional growth.

Grant Brignac

Office Services Employment Specialist

Grant Brignac joined our team as our Office Services Employment Specialist!  With Grant on board, we’re strengthening our Office Services department to better support our clients and provide even more personalized staffing solutions.  Grant’s background in HR, training, operations, and client service uniquely equips him to connect quality candidates with the right office service opportunities. We are confident he will be a tremendous resource for our clients and job seekers alike.

Grant earned his Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Louisiana State University, where he built a strong foundation in HR management, business strategy, marketing, and information systems. His educational background, combined with his hands-on leadership experience, makes him a great addition to our growing team.

Most recently, Grant has served as a Training Team Leader, where he trained and mentored new hires, and led onboarding initiatives. His leadership skills and focus on service excellence align perfectly with our commitment to both our clients and candidates.

Grant also brings administrative and operational experience from his time as an Executive Assistant, where he managed office communications, supported agents, and maintained accurate MLS listings. Earlier in his career at Louisiana State University, he developed strong organizational and customer service skills while assisting students and faculty as a Student Librarian.

Cierra McKee

Light Industrial Employment Specialist

Cierra McKee is our phenomenal Light Industrial Employment Specialist. Experienced in fast-paced, demanding environments, she excels at maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude while keeping client and candidate needs at the forefront.

Cierra loves connecting people with job opportunities and being part of a team that brings her joy every day. She embraces new challenges head-on, always eager to grow her skills and further develop as a professional.

Beyond her dedication to her work, Cierra’s vibrant personality shines through in everything she does. Whether it’s cracking a joke, sharing a smile, or offering a kind word, she brightens the day for everyone around her, making her a truly valuable asset to our team.

Rebecca Butler

Skilled Trades Employment Specialist

Rebecca joined Express Gonzales in 2022 as an Office Assistant and has quickly advanced in her professional journey. After excelling as a Light Industrial Employment Specialist, she was offered the opportunity to spearhead the Skilled Trades division. Following specialized training in skilled trades recruiting, Rebecca hit the ground running, connecting businesses in our community with skilled trade talent throughout the River Parishes area. 

Grateful to the Gonzales office for giving her a chance when she needed it most, Rebecca considers her team like family. She truly loves what she does and the people she gets to do it with—and it shows! Confident, experienced, and always eager to learn, she’s fantastic at turning hiring and job-hunting challenges from mountains into molehills. 

Outside the office, Rebecca is dedicated to making a difference in the local recovery community, a true passion of hers. Though she embodies professionalism, don’t let the heels fool you—she’s a true country girl who can bait a hook and skin a buck with the best of them. She enjoys spending time with her family and teaching them how to fish, too!

Joe Freeborn

Director of First Impressions

Joe is the team’s front man—the first face to greet you when you walk through the door, the organizer of all phone and message chaos, and the one who keeps a million-dollar smile no matter how hectic the office gets. His enthusiasm is infectious, and we can always count on Joe to brighten everyone’s day, even during the toughest moments. 

Joe is fantastic at what he does. He joined the team with a passion that perfectly embodies our values: a commitment to helping others. Joe takes pride in guiding our associates through their first steps into the workforce, whether it’s filling out paperwork, navigating the website, or answering questions about the process. He loves the incredible feeling of helping someone on their career journey. 

Though newer to the area than most of the team, Joe has embraced Ascension and the River Parishes, quickly getting involved in the community. When he’s not in the office, Joe enjoys exploring the area with friends and honing his classical piano skills.
